Investment Research and Consulting

A portfolio review may be treated as a one time or quarterly event.  It begins with a candid discussion of the investor’s risk tolerance, investment goals, and their time horizon.   An overall perspective should include retirement assets.

Without the consideration of fees or commissions, an unbiased, independent  portfolio review is undertaken to determine:

  • the allocation of assets
  • whether the assets are held in the proper name, i.e. individual, joint tenancy, living trust, retirement plan
  • a thorough analysis of the current holdings and if they are consistent with the investor’s intent

The review includes:

  • suggestions for portfolio adjustments if warranted
  • demonstrations of yield enhancements using standardized options.
